產後腹痛·寒凝血瘀證（postpartum abdominal pain with syndrome of cold congelation and blood stasis[1]）是指產後體虛，寒邪侵襲，胞脈阻滯，以產後小腹冷痛，得熱痛減，惡露量少，色紫暗，有塊，面色青白，四肢不溫，舌質暗淡，苔白，脈沉緊爲常見症的產後腹痛證候[1]。
