慢性盆腔炎·溼熱蘊結證（chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome of accumulation and binding of damp-heat[1]）是指溼熱蘊結胞宮，氣血運行不暢，以低熱纏綿，小腹或少腹疼痛，腰骶痠痛，神疲乏力，白帶增多、色黃，陰癢，納呆，口乾，月經先期量多、色鮮紅，苔黃膩，脈濡數爲常見症的慢性盆腔炎證候[1]。
