舌巖·陰虛火旺證（lingual carcinomawith pattern of yin deficiency and fire effulgence）是指陰虛火旺，以舌體腫大潰爛，流出少許血水，腫塊周圍舌組織同時潰爛，舌黏膜上皮脫落，色紅不鮮，疼痛劇烈，整個舌體如煮熟的紅棗，伴午後潮熱，朝輕暮重，腰痠腿軟，頭昏耳鳴，舌質絳紅，舌苔少或無苔，脈細數爲常見症的舌巖證候[1]。
