風疹·氣營兩燔證（rubella with syndrome of blazing heat in both qi and nutrient phases[1]）是指熱毒熾盛，氣營兩燔，以高熱，煩渴，疹點鮮赤或紫暗，密集或融合成片，瘙癢較重，耳後、頸後、枕部淋巴結腫大，觸痛明顯，舌紅，苔黃糙，脈洪數，指紋紫滯爲常見症的風疹證候[1]。
