赤帶·心肝火旺證（red vaginal discharge with syndrome of exuberant fire of heart and liver[1]）是指平素性情急躁，心肝火旺，二火交熾，任帶不固，以赤帶淋漓，質臭腥穢，心煩口乾，或伴口瘡口糜，夜寐不寧，舌尖紅，苔少，脈細數爲常見症的赤帶證候[1]。
