灯火灸（rush-fire cauterization、burning rush moxibustion）是用灯心草蘸油燃火在施术部位直接点灼的灸法。又称灯草灸、灯芯灸、打灯火、神灯照、焠法、油捻灸、十三元霄火。是民间流传甚广的一种灸法。灯火灸属直接灸，其灸材则应属于非艾灸法一类。
