小兒蛔蟲病·蟲積腸道證（infantile ascariasis with syndrome of accumulation of worms in intestine[1]）是指蟲積腸道，腸腑不寧，氣機不利，以臍腹陣發疼痛，時作時止，夜臥不安，寐中磨牙，流涎，鼻癢，有時大便排出蛔蟲，苔薄白或花剝，脈細弦爲常見症的小兒蛔蟲病證候[1]。
