胎黃·溼熱鬱蒸證（fetal jaundice with syndrome of stagnation and steaming of damp-heat[1]）是指孕母素體溼盛或內蘊溼熱之毒遺於胎兒，或嬰兒感受溼熱邪毒，以面目皮膚發黃，色澤鮮明如橘，哭聲響亮，不欲吮乳，口渴脣乾，或有發熱，大便祕結，小便深黃，舌紅，苔黃膩爲常見症的胎黃證候[1]。
