風溫·痰熱結胸證（wind-warm disease with syndrome of chest-binding by phlegm-heat[1]）是指邪熱內傳，與痰互結於上焦胸脘，以身熱面赤，渴欲飲涼，飲不解渴，得水則嘔，按之胸下痛，便祕，苔黃滑，脈洪數等爲常見症的風溫證候[1]。
