肥胖·痰溼內盛證（obesity with syndrome of internal exuberance of phlegm-damp[1]）是指嗜食肥甘醇酒，痰溼內盛，脾失健運，以形盛體胖，身體重着，肢體睏倦，胸膈痞滿，痰涎壅盛，頭暈目眩，口乾而不欲飲，神疲嗜臥，苔白膩或白滑，脈滑等爲常見症的肥胖證候[1]。
